RETURNS
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• All cards, inserts, and components must be intact
• You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used card games are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or damaged.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

• Clear photos (if damaged/defective)
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGES & WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:

• A defective item
• The wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We may offer:

• Store credit
Depending on the situation.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used card games
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Bulk or corporate orders (unless defective)
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
• We will notify you of approval or rejection
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
