Shipping policy

Once your order is successfully placed, it will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

If your order is placed on a Saturday after working hours or on a public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next working day.

All products go through a quality check and secure packaging process before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners to ensure they reach you safely.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package at the earliest available time. If they are unable to reach you at the provided address or during delivery attempts, they will contact you using the registered phone number or email to coordinate a suitable delivery time.
